Meet Alison

You can call me Ali! I have been a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for 5 years . Since then, I have gained valuable experience working in both long-term care, retirement and hospital settings. Three years ago, I completed my Basic and Advanced Foot Care training at St. Clair College, expanding my knowledge and skills in managing foot conditions, relieving discomfort, and promoting overall foot health.

Throughout my nursing career, I recognized a need for accessible, specialized foot care, effective treatment options, and better management of foot and lower-limb pain within our local community. This inspired me to establish The Sole Rehab and build connections with other healthcare professionals to help improve access to foot care services and promote a collaborative approach to patient wellness.

I believe our feet are often overlooked, despite the important role they play in our daily lives. Without proper care, common foot concerns can develop into more serious problems, including wounds, painful ingrown toenails, and persistent fungal infections. Early intervention, regular assessments, and appropriate treatment can help prevent complications, maintain mobility, and support long-term health.

My goal is to help people stay comfortable, active, and independent at every stage of life. Whether it’s addressing an existing concern, preventing future complications, or finding ways to manage ongoing foot and lower-limb discomfort, I am passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care.

At The Sole Rehab, I strive to bring a welcoming, professional approach to foot health while exploring innovative treatment options and working alongside other healthcare providers to better serve our community. Because healthy feet are an important part of living well, and everyone deserves to put their best foot forward.
